Company demonstrates superior capabilities in Juniper’s AI-native networking and customer lifecycle management as independently evaluated by Information Security Systems International (ISSI).
PORTLAND, Ore. (Aug. 2, 2024) – Structured is excited to announce it achieved the stringent new Juniper Networks, Inc. “Partner Assured” designation after a comprehensive third-party validation of its technical skill, internal processes, and professional services maturity.
Already a Juniper Elite Plus partner, Structured passed the Partner Assured assessment conducted by Information Security Systems International (ISSI). ISSI is a global independent auditing firm retained by technology companies like Juniper to ensure that channel partners are delivering recommendations and services that adhere to the highest industry standards and best practices.
“Partner Assured professionals possess comprehensive skill sets across design, deployment, and operational delivery, meeting customer demands at every stage,” according to program information from Juniper. Partner Assured designees like Structured are “recognized for [their] ability to provide end-to-end solutions, offering customers complete lifecycle management and unparalleled value.”
In order to qualify, Structured had to present comprehensive documented proof of its ability to assist customers with every phase of a project, from initial discovery to post-deployment final hand-off. The company also had to provide proof of its ability to mitigate business risk, ensure customer success and satisfaction, and provide help desk and incident management services.
The team also needed to prove it was capable of developing and completing proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot projects to ensure that any Juniper technology deployed in a customer’s environment would perform as anticipated and deliver business value.
