Tech Elite 250 lists IT solution providers with deep technical expertise and premier certifications.
PORTLAND, Ore. (April 4, 2018) – Structured announced today its inclusion in the 2018 Tech Elite 250 compiled by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company. This marks the eighth consecutive year Structured has appeared on this prestigious list.
The annual award honors an exclusive group of North American IT solution providers that have earned the highest number of advanced technical certifications from leading technology suppliers.
From the beginning, Structured’s primary mission has been to develop and maintain the strongest depth and breadth of technical expertise in the industry, staying current with evolving trends, engineering training and manufacturer certifications.
“The rapid release and adoption of transformative technologies has made Structured’s engineering acumen more relevant than ever,” said Structured President and CEO Ron Fowler. “Our progressive approach to IT is vital to ensuring our customers’ success. The more we help them take advantage of secure, streamlined, and converged technologies designed for a mobile and distributed workforce, the more competitive and profitable they will become.”
To compile the annual Tech Eite 250 list, The Channel Company’s research group and CRN editors work together to identify the most customer-beneficial technical certifications in the North American IT channel. Companies who have obtained these elite designations— which enable solution providers to deliver premium products, services and customer support—are then selected from a pool of online applicants.
Structured invested heavily in IT security and multi-cloud services expertise, enabling the company to pivot with changing infrastructure and regulatory requirements introduced by the widespread migration to cloud-based platforms. The security-first approach to cloud computing means that Structured’s engineers and consultants understand where a customer’s unique environment and business model lends itself to cloud and where it does not.
Further, most companies today pay keen attention to leveraging positive customer experience as a competitive differentiator. This has meant an explosion of technologies designed to enhance the use of mobile devices, heighten effective communications, and enable rapid data analysis. Here, too, Structured’s engineers and consultants excel.
“Information technology has always been a means to support initiatives within the larger context of business,” added Fowler. “We take the time to understand market realities as well as we understand the technology underpinning them.”
“Being named to CRN’s Tech Elite 250 list is no small feat,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “These companies have distinguished themselves with multiple, top-level IT certifications, specializations and partner program designations from the industry’s most prestigious technology providers. Their pursuit of deep expertise and broader skill sets in a wide range of technologies and IT practices demonstrates an impressive commitment to elevating their businesses—and to providing the best possible customer experience.”
